Evangelist Don Double, and his wife Heather, had 5 children and 15 grandchilden and were in full time ministry for over 43 years. In that time they worked in over forty nations of the world. Don's ministry still continues as an evangelist and also in teaching and developing leadership skills. During their years of ministry together Heather's ministry was as a teacher, both to women and mixed congregations. They conducted both major united church missions or local church based outreaches. They also specialised in spending 3 - 7 days evangelising, teaching and equipping local churches. In March 2007 after a number of years battling with cancer, Heather's chariot arrived and she went to be with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Although a very sad time for the family and the thousands of people that knew her worldwide, it was a wonderful time for her. She is now rejoicing with the angels and in the presence of Jesus. Don is carrying on doing what he does best - preaching the gospel. If you would like Don to come and minister at your church, homegroup, event or missions, whatever the occasion, he is willing. Don Double is the founder and Director of Good News Crusade, one of the UK's leading evangelistic teams. Involved in a wide range of activities, Don's ministry has taken him around the globe. He has a special emphasis on going to the small towns and villages of the world; in recent years that has also meant travelling to many island communities. Don regularly holds missions in places where there has been no public Christian activity in living memory.

In addition to a busy schedule of missions and crusades, Don also hosts camps, conferences and other events designed to encourage Christians to become active in their faith.
