March Update
Dear Friends,
In spite of the snow, ice and very cold weather that Cornwall is not used to my garden has come alive with snowdrops, crocuses and daffodils amongst others which remind us of new life. It is good to be reminded that Christ’s new life refreshes us continually.
February was a very encouraging month ministry-wise. The meetings were really powerful. There were those who came to Christ - especially outstanding was a prodigal who returned to the Lord. There were also powerful deliverances, healings, prophetic words and joyful celebrations. I certainly thank God and praise Him that in spite of weather conditions I was able to keep every appointment, which included north London, Taunton as well as Cornish churches.
A personal highlight was whilst in London I was able to attend the gospel concert with Signature Sound (linked with Gaither). 900 people packed the City Temple and we had 2½ hours of wonderful Gospel music.
Another exciting thing is that at last I have decided to go on Facebook. It was either an accident or God that got me on it! For some unknown reason when I opened up my computer one day there on the screen was Facebook and I decided to have a go and it has been brilliant. I have been talking to people I haven’t been in touch with for over 40 years and ex Team members I haven’t contacted for over 20!
On 13th March it will be the third anniversary of Heather going to be with the Lord – where has the time gone? I certainly miss her no less, sometimes probably more as time goes on. For March I have plenty of activity and events – see the website. I am preaching at South Coast Church here in St Austell on Sunday 14 March at Penrice School at 10.30am.
There is plenty happening besides meetings – we have sent money to Haiti, arranged for “Ouch! That hurt!” to be reprinted in both Swahili and Kinyarwandan, shipped many of my books off to Africa and much more. Slowing down? – you must be joking!
You are appreciated as a friend.
